Billing FAQ
How are tokens counted?
Tokens are counted the same way as the upstream provider. For most models, 1 token ≈ 4 characters in English. Input and output tokens are priced separately.
What happens when my balance runs out?
API calls will return a 402 error with a clear message. Your API keys remain active — simply top up your balance and resume immediately.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards via Stripe — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major international card networks. Credits are added to your balance instantly upon successful payment.
